What is included in the price?
Every quote includes fuel, tolls, parking, chauffeur service and passenger insurance. Gratuity, out-of-province surcharges and a late-night fee after 22:00 are not included. The quote is final — no last-minute surcharges.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight number in real time, so the chauffeur adjusts automatically. Airport transfers include 120 minutes of free waiting from landing; beyond that, the vehicle overtime rate applies.
Can I request a specific car or driver?
Yes. Note the vehicle class or chauffeur name when booking and we will do our best. Multi-day charters always keep the same car and driver.
Do you provide child seats?
We provide infant (0–4) and booster (4–12) seats free of charge. Please tell us the number of seats and the children’s ages when booking.
Can you issue an invoice?
Yes, standard VAT invoices are available. Corporate monthly accounts require a signed agreement in advance; send your company details when enquiring.
Can you drive outside Guangdong?
Yes, with 48 hours notice. Out-of-province trips are quoted per day plus chauffeur accommodation. Common destinations include Guangxi, Fujian, Hunan and Hainan.
